Grate bar is the main part of sintering machine. The grate bars are intended for holding and transporting the ore mill by forming a trough space with the railing plates on the pallets. Variety grate bars with good heat resistant abrasion resistant and corrosion resistant capability. For Cr25 high Cr grate bars are inoculated with multiple active elements so its toughness increased largely, ak value achieved 8~12J/cm2, inoxidizability also increased 50~80%, shell mould casting, good surface roughness, accurate dimension.

 

Grate Bars from materials: High Manganese Casting: Mn13, Mn18, Mn22, Mn13Cr2, Mn18Cr2, Mn22Cr2, Mn13CrMo, Mn13CrMoNi. 2. High Chrome Steel: Cr13, Cr15, Cr18, Cr20, Cr25, Cr27, Cr15Mo1, Cr18Mo1, Cr25Mo0.5Ni0.5. Any other material as customer's drawing and requirements.

Alloy cast iron also contains nickel, chromium, molybdenum, aluminum, copper, boron, vanadium and other elements. Carbon and silicon are the main elements affecting the microorganization and performance of cast iron.
